Commercial Construction Services

CONSTRUCTION
Brackett Builders is the construction arm of Crawford Hoying, with projects that include hotels, commercial offices, hospitals and other healthcare facilities, and condominiums. We completed the Hilton at the Polaris Centers of Commerce, a 253 room full service hotel, in 2008. We are in the process of building the Embassy Suites at the Columbus International Airport, and over 20 other projects of varying size throughout Ohio.

Crawford Hoying currently owns and/or manages over 7,000 apartment homes in Central Ohio, including the recent acquisition of Remington Station Apartments, a 344 unit apartment community in Westerville, Ohio. We also manage over two million square feet of commercial property. Our size enables us to use our economies of scale and achieve greater returns for our business and each of our clients.

Since 1999, Crawford Hoying has completed more than two billion dollars in real estate transactions in Central Ohio, ranging from a single apartment unit to an entire apartment community. We have also developed condominium projects from the ground up, and by the conversion of existing communities.
