This mixed-use project consists of two, 4-story buildings located adjacent from the Shops at Worthington Place. The development includes 200 for rent residential units, a 300-space parking garage and 23,000+SF of office/retail.

Amenities include a private courtyard, rooftop terrace and stunning pool deck. Construction began in 2013 and the buildings opened in fall 2014.
