Crawford Hoying worked with several land owners to purchase, redevelop and inject vibrancy in a key corridor of the Upper Arlington, Ohio community. The area provides the residents and tenants access to a wide array of restaurants and retail right outside their doors. The project includes a 109-key Hilton Hotel, 13,000 SF of office, 13,000 SF of retail/restaurant space, 108 for-rent residential units and a 300-space parking garage.

Crawford Hoying recently announced the next phase of development at The Lane (Westmont at The Lane), which includes eight for-sale townhomes, 133 for-rent residential units, a 119-key hotel, 285-space public parking garage, 110-space public parking lot and an additional 32,000 SF of office, retail and restaurant space. Construction is underway now.
