Mixed-Use Development

The 800 North High development is located in the heart of the Short North in Columbus, Ohio amid a buzz of restaurants, shops, galleries and a wide mix of housing options. The 150,000 SF building includes 46,000 SF of Class A office with anchor tenant, WeWork, 15,000 SF retail/restaurant space - including ground floor restaurant and bar, Townhall, and rooftop bar and resturant, Mandrake - a Moxy by Marriott Hotel and a 151-space valet parking garage. The Moxy opened in November 2019.

Mixed-Use Development

Crawford Hoying worked with several land owners to purchase, redevelop and inject vibrancy in a key corridor of the Upper Arlington, Ohio community. The area provides the residents and tenants access to a wide array of restaurants and retail right outside their doors. The Lane (phase 1) and Westmont at The Lane (phase two) include a Homewood Suites Hotel, a Towneplace Suites Hotel, Class A office, retail/restaurant space, for-rent residential units in a variety of styles, for-sale townhomes and ample parking.

Located at the high point of Cincinnati, The District at Clifton Heights is a transformational development connecting campus and community.
