Invested heavily in the Ohio market, Crawford Hoying has developed numerous mixed-use projects including the transformational Bridge Park in Dublin and the revitalization of downtown Dayton with Water Street District.
Bridge Park
ExploreBridge Park is the newest and only walkable, mixed-use community in downtown Dublin, Ohio. Spanning more than 30 acres along the Scioto River, it is the cornerstone of the City of Dublin’s long-term vision for the Bridge Street District. The unique community features luxury condos, flats, townhomes and apartments, restaurants, retail, Class A office space, entertainment venues, two hotels, a 35,000 SF public market (North Market Bridge Park), 4,400 parking spaces, a conference center and multiple green spaces.

Water Street District
ExploreCrawford Hoying, Brackett Builders and Woodard Development have proudly partnered with the City of Dayton to transform the vacant riverfront into a vibrant and walkable mixed-use neighborhood—Water Street District. Located adjacent to RiverScape Metropark and the Day Air Ballpark, this project currently includes office, retail/restaurant space, parking and the first hotels developed in downtown Dayton in decades. In addition, the development offers for-rent units across the diverse mix of properties including Delco Lofts, Water Street Apartments and Centerfield Flats.

800 North High | Columbus, Ohio
Mixed-Use DevelopmentThe 800 North High development is located in the heart of the Short North in Columbus, Ohio amid a buzz of restaurants, shops, galleries and a wide mix of housing options. The 150,000 SF building includes 46,000 SF of Class A office with anchor tenant, WeWork, 15,000 SF retail/restaurant space - including ground floor restaurant and bar, Townhall, and rooftop bar and resturant, Mandrake - a Moxy by Marriott Hotel and a 151-space valet parking garage. The Moxy opened in November 2019.
The Lane | Upper Arlington, Ohio
Mixed-Use DevelopmentCrawford Hoying worked with several land owners to purchase, redevelop and inject vibrancy in a key corridor of the Upper Arlington, Ohio community. Residents and tenants of The Lane have access to a wide array of restaurants and retail right outside their doors. The project includes a 109-key Hilton Hotel, 13,000 SF of office, 13,000 SF of retail/restaurant space, 108 for-rent residential units and a 300-space parking garage. Key tenants include Hudson 29, The Lane apartments, Fukuryu Ramen and Hilton Hotel.
The District at Clifton Heights | Cincinnati, Ohio
Mixed-Use DevelopmentLocated at the high point of Cincinnati, The District at Clifton Heights is a transformational development connecting campus and community. The District totals five acres in size along both sides of Straight Street, an ideal location that provides premium views in an active, pedestrian-oriented neighborhood. The urban development blends the fast-growing University of Cincinnati community with Cincy locals, bringing together a diverse mix of neighbors, students, employees and visitors by creating a destination to get away from it all, in the heart of it all.
Westmont at The Lane | Upper Arlington, Ohio
Mixed-Use DevelopmentWestmont at The Lane, a walkable community located in Upper Arlington, Ohio, is a short distance to popular shops and restaurants including Hudson 29 and the Shops on Lane Avenue featuring Whole Foods. This project includes eight luxury for-sale townhomes, 133 high-end for-rent residential units, a 119-key TownePlace Suites hotel, 285-space public parking garage, 110-space public parking lot and an additional 32,000 SF of office, retail and restaurant space. Key tenants include Local Cantina and Westmont at The Lane apartments.
