Bridge Park
ExploreBridge Park is the newest and only walkable, mixed-use community in downtown Dublin, Ohio. Spanning more than 30 acres along the Scioto River, it is the cornerstone of the City of Dublin’s long-term vision for the Bridge Street District. The unique community features luxury condos, flats, townhomes and apartments, restaurants, retail, Class A office space, entertainment venues, two hotels, a 35,000 SF public market (North Market Bridge Park), 4,400 parking spaces, a conference center and multiple green spaces.

Water Street District
ExploreCrawford Hoying, Brackett Builders and Woodard Development have proudly partnered with the City of Dayton to transform the vacant riverfront into a vibrant and walkable mixed-use neighborhood—Water Street District. Located adjacent to RiverScape Metropark and the Day Air Ballpark, this project currently includes office, retail/restaurant space, parking and the first hotels developed in downtown Dayton in decades. In addition, the development offers for-rent units across the diverse mix of properties including Delco Lofts, Water Street Apartments and Centerfield Flats.
