Grey Goose and VASO invite you to experience the ultimate dining experience! Enjoy a welcome cocktail reception and four chef-crafted courses while discovering, tasting, and indulging in the world of super-premium vodka.
Cocktail welcome reception to start at 4 PM with the first course being presented at 5:00.
First Course: Cheese & Apples
- Torched Tellegio, local heirloom apples three ways, candied spiced bacon
Second Course: Brown Butter Crusted Sea Scallops
- Summer succotash, Rockefeller puree
Third Course: 'Paella Moderne'
- Crispy saffron-vanilla rice, chorizo stuffed squid, mussels, clams, Iberco, lobster glace
Dessert Course: Warm Sticky Toffee Cake
