Crawford Hoying partnered with Shaner Hotels to bring the first hotel in 40 years to Downtown Dayton, Ohio, the Fairfield Inn & Suites Dayton. Located at 305 East Monument Avenue in Water Street District, the six-story high-rise hotel with 98-keys is positioned between Day Air Ballpark, home of the Class A minor league Dayton Dragons, and the beautifully landscaped Riverscape Metro Park, filled with well-manicured gardens, hanging flower pots and reflecting pools.
