The back half of 2024 promises to be equally as busy as we work to deliver a number of active projects, including two hotels and a restaurant in Cincinnati, alongside various projects in the Columbus and Dayton markets.

Our team continues to grow as we have welcomed five new employees this year, with plans to add a few more in this calendar year to keep pace with the opportunities that lie ahead.

Getting to Know Brackett

Since 1983, Brackett Builders, Inc. (Brackett) has provided commercial and residential construction services in the fields of hospitality, health care, recreation, multi-family, mixed-use and office. Bracket takes the lead in managing the majority of Crawford Hoying's construction projects.

Brackett also performs construction services for other private developers and businesses in the Columbus, Dayton and Cincinnati regions. Brackett strives to create and maintain outstanding relationships with its clients, team members and subcontractor/vendor partners.

Now Open: The Delco

The Delco, which started as a vision more than a decade ago, covers 515,000+ SF, making it the largest project to date in Water Street District!

Pelotonia Ride Weekend

August 3-4

Ride Weekend welcomes over 6,500 Riders annually, crossing Central Ohio on routes ranging from 20 to 190+ miles. Since 2009, Ride Weekend has inspired a community, with over $283M raised to date. 100% of participant-raised funds support innovative cancer research at the OSUCCC – James.

The Dublin Market at Bridge Park

Every Saturday, May - September, from 9am-12pm

Grab the family and spend your Saturday mornings at The Dublin Market with more than 140 new and returning vendors and programming, including visits from the Columbus Zoo & Aquarium, yoga in the streets, "Barkers" Market with Ohio Pet Charities and more.

Every third Thursday, May - September, 5-7pm

North Market Bridge Park Night Market

Once a month on Thursdays, May - October, 6-9pm

Night Market is a sip, stroll and shop experience - an evening market in the street with 30+ vendors, live music, DORA, entertainment and more!

Book Bash at the Bridge

August 24, 5-10pm

2nd & 7's Book Bash at the Bridge is held throughout the streets of Bridge Park in Dublin, Ohio and includes a Car Show presented by Byers Auto, a Naked Karate Girls concert presented by Diamond Hill and fun games sprinkled throughout the streets. The family-friendly event will be filled with fun for the everyone!
