Invested heavily in the Ohio market, Crawford Hoying has developed several mixed-use projects including the transformative Bridge Park in Dublin and Water Street District in Dayton.
Located in the heart of Dublin, Ohio, Bridge Park is a community built on the idea that what matters most is not only where people live, but how they live. The mixed-use development consists of apartments, condos, restaurants, retail shops, office space, hotel and events center providing tenants and visitors the convenience of walking to their next adventure. Once completed, Bridge Park will include 603,300 SF of Class A office, 231,100 SF of restaurant/retail, 728 for-rent residential units, 294 for-sale condos/townhomes, a 150-key AC Hotel by Marriott, a 145-key SpringHill Suites hotel, an 800-person events center and 4,430 parking spaces.

800 North HighMixed-Use Development
The 800 North High development is located in the heart of the Short North in Columbus, Ohio amid a buzz of restaurants, shops, galleries and a wide mix of housing options. The project includes 46,000 SF of Class A office (WeWork as key tenant), 1,600 SF of retail, a 116-key Marriott Moxy Hotel, 13,100 SF of restaurant space (including ground floor bar and restaurant, Townhall, and a rooftop bar, Mandrake) and a 151-space valet parking garage. The Moxy opened in November 2019.

The Lane & Westmont at The Lane
Crawford Hoying worked with several land owners to purchase, redevelop and inject vibrancy in a key corridor of the Upper Arlington, Ohio community. The area provides the residents and tenants access to a wide array of restaurants and retail right outside their doors. The project includes a 109-key Hilton Hotel, 13,000 SF of office, 13,000 SF of retail/restaurant space, 108 for-rent residential units and a 300-space parking garage.
Construction on the next phase of development, Westmont at The Lane, is nearly complete. Westmont at The Lane includes eight for-sale townhomes, 133 for-rent residential units, a 119-key hotel, 285-space public parking garage, 110-space public parking lot and an additional 32,000 SF of office, retail and restaurant space including Hammer & Nails and Local Cantina.

Water Street District
Crawford Hoying and Woodard Development has proudly partnered with downtown Dayton, Ohio to transform the vacant riverfront into a vibrant and walkable mixed-use neighborhood—Water Street District. Strategically located adjacent to RiverScape Metropark and next to Fifth Third Field, this project currently includes 40,000 SF of office, 30,000 SF of retail/restaurant space, 540 structured parking spaces and a 98-key Fairfield Inn & Suites, the first hotel developed in downtown Dayton in decades. In addition, the development offers 680 for-rent residential units across our diverse mix of properties including The Landing, Delco Lofts, Water Street Apartments and Centerfield Flats.

The Heights at Worthington Place | Worthington, OHMixed-Use Development: Residential, Office, Retail
This mixed-use project consists of two, 4-story buildings located adjacent from the Shops at Worthington Place. The development includes 200 for-rent residential units, a 300-space parking garage, 11,660 SF of office and 11,660 SF of retail space as well as a private courtyard, rooftop terrace and pool deck. Construction began in 2013 and the buildings opened in fall 2014.
Home2 Suites by Hilton Columbus | Dublin, OHHospitality
The 126-key Home2 Suites by Hilton Columbus Dublin opened in September 2017 and focuses on extended business stay in the healthcare, automotive, academic, technology and construction sectors. The hotel offers large rooms equipped with full kitchens, moveable furniture, a sofa bed, HDTV and free WiFi. Amenities include a pool, fitness center, 24-hour business center and continental breakfast. Located in Dublin, Ohio, the hotel is just miles from the Columbus Zoo & Aquarium, Bridge Park development and historic downtown Dublin.
Powell Green Townhomes | Powell, OhioFor-Sale Residential & Commercial Office
Construction has begun on the first phase of the exclusive Powell Green townhomes, ideally located at 84 S. Liberty Street in downtown Powell, Ohio. With only 22 units available, Powell Green offers a one-of-a-kind opportunity to own a new home in the heart of Powell’s charming historic downtown. Dominion on High | Columbus, OHMixed-Use Development: Residential, Office
Dominion on High is a three-level, mixed-use development in the heart of Clintonville, Ohio. The main level features 4,000 SF of commercial space which houses a Heartland Bank branch and Clintonville Pediatric Dentistry. The second and third floors offer eight brand new, 1- and 2- bedroom luxury apartments. The highly desired, central location boasts walkability to restaurants, coffee shops, the Park of Roses and easy access to Short North and the University District.
Croswell + High | Columbus, OHRestaurant
Located in the heart of Clintonville, Ohio, Croswell + High features 4,750 SF of restaurant space that is home to tenant Rusty Bucket. The restaurant seats 127 guests between the main dining room and bar areas. The property’s patio accommodates 60 guests and features two garage-style doors that connect the spaces offering guests an open-air ambiance.
