Crawford Hoying, the developers of The District at Clifton Heights and Hotel Celare, is excited to announce that Mi Cozumel, a locally and family-owned modern Mexican restaurant, will soon come to The District at Clifton Heights in the ground floor space of Hotel Celare, a Tribute Portfolio hotel located near University of Cincinnati.
