The Human Resources Coordinator supports the Vice President of Human Resources with the overall daily functions of the HR department, with a special emphasis on benefits administration and recruiting. Confidentiality and communication are integral to this position and must be maintained at all times. A highly professional tone, appearance, and manner is both expected and required, including appropriate communication in person, on the phone, and in correspondence. This position will assist in HR functions for both Crawford Hoying and Brackett Builders, Inc.
The Accounts Payable Coordinator administers all accounts payable functions and serves as a point of contact for any billing matter. Strong communication skills both face-to-face and in writing are essential, as this individual works across all lines of business within the company and interacts with other departments on a regular basis.
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for leasing apartment homes and maintaining a high level of occupancy in an assigned residential community. The Leasing Consultant responds to all rental inquiries by utilizing appropriate sales techniques, marketing plans, and approved marketing material. Crawford Hoying is dedicated to exceptional customer service, and this employee is expected to use customer service as a guiding principle when interacting with residents, guests, and coworkers, and when handling challenging situations.
The Commercial Service Technician performs various corrective and preventive maintenance duties and special projects to maintain and enhance Crawford Hoying’s commercial properties. Duties include, but are not limited to, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and grounds maintenance. This individual may work alone or with others, with or without supervision, and is expected to complete duties in a manner that meets or exceeds standards set by Crawford Hoying.
The Service Technician performs various corrective and preventive maintenance duties and special projects to maintain and enhance Crawford Hoying’s residential properties. Duties include, but are not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and grounds maintenance. Depending on the size of the property, this individual may work alone or with others, with or without supervision, and is expected to complete duties in a manner that meets or exceeds standards set by Crawford Hoying.
