The Vice President of Accounting is responsible for the integrity of all property-level financial reporting and the direct management of the Property Accounting Team. This individual also provides key accounting support to the Finance Department with respect to investor financing and distributions. Leadership is a significant performance objective for this position. As the basis for management, the Vice President of Accounting shall implement the 7 Core Values that Crawford Hoying has established to maintain its desired culture. Strong communication skills both face-to-face and in writing are essential, as this individual works across all lines of business within the company and interacts with other departments on a regular basis.
The Corporate and Financial Reporting Senior Accountant is responsible for a wide range of financial accounting and reporting matters, with a focus on corporate accounts. This is a supervisory position that provides direction and mentorship to the Corporate Accountant. As the basis for management, the Corporate and Financial Reporting Senior Accountant shall implement the seven core values that Crawford Hoying has established to maintain its desired culture.
