The Leasing Consultant is responsible for leasing apartment homes and maintaining a high level of occupancy in an assigned residential community. The Leasing Consultant responds to all rental inquires by utilizing appropriate sales techniques, marketing plans, and approved marketing material.

The Maintenance Technician performs various corrective and preventive maintenance duties and special projects to maintain and enhance Crawford Hoying’s residential properties. Duties include, but are not limited to, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and grounds maintenance.

Project Manager - Real Estate

The Project Manager works within the Development Department and is responsible for advocating the best interests of Crawford Hoying while overseeing construction projects through each phase of development. An in-depth understanding of construction practices and an ability to quickly assess structures to ensure that specifications are being met is essential to this role. This individual must have experience managing complex projects that exceed $10M, as well as understand how projects are financed and budgeted.

This individual may lead 1-4 individuals at a small community or 5-12 at a large community. The Community Manager learns, implements, supports, and teaches company policies and procedures.

The Executive Assistant provides advanced-level administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer of the company. This individual helps manage the work-time of the CFO by proactively fielding inquiries and initiating responses as much as possible. Trust and communication are integral to this position and must be maintained at all times.
