A Note From Jeff Roberts
In 2023, Crawford Hoying formed a joint venture with two Ann Arbor, Michigan, property owners for the development of a large mixed-use project called "Arbor South." This new and exciting opportunity will be of similar scope and scale as Bridge Park.
Developing Arbor South in an unfamiliar state with new partners in a rising interest rate environment, we will face our fair share of challenges, requiring great collaboration amongst our teams in order to be successful. Executing complex projects like Arbor South is what sets our company apart from other developers.
We will be given the opportunity to apply "lessons learned" from our Bridge Park development, and we're looking forward to this project breaking ground in early 2025.
Fore!Fest is Back!
Come out on June 7 - June 8 from 5-10pm for Fore!Fest at Bridge Park - the official afterparty of the Memorial Tournament presented by Workday! 100% of the proceeds will go to the three beneficiaries - Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Eat.Learn.Play. and the Crawford Hoying Foundation.
This free and family-friendly event will feature live music, food trucks, vendors, outdoor games and more!

Crawford Hoying Foundation Scholarship Program
We want to thank the 12 scholarship committee volunteers for helping us read essay applications and deciding upon the three scholarship recipients.
After reviewing 84 applications, the Crawford Hoying Foundation has selected its Dublin City Schools Bridge Park Scholars. Each recipient was awarded a scholarship of $7,500 to use toward their first year of college.
Summer Internship Program
This year, Crawford Hoying is introducing a new finance and investment management internship program. The three-month summer program provides five interns with exposure to four different departments so that they can learn how these teams collaborate with one another.
