Allison Srail

As Chief Financial Officer at Crawford Hoying, Allison is responsible for establishing and executing the company’s vision of financial investment and growth. She leads the senior management teams for both the accounting and finance departments which perform all aspects of underwriting, financing, asset management, operational and financial reporting for the company's real estate and non-real estate investments.

Allison serves as the financial face of the company to customers, lenders and investors. Her approachable methodology of financial analysis has led the company to a great deal of successful returns on projects across the portfolio.
