Senior Vice President of Human Resources
As Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Kate is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the company. Kate oversees key areas of succession planning, recruiting and hiring, compensation, benefits, talent management, performance management, compliance, training and development and employee relations.
Kate is a skilled problem solver and an advocate for all Crawford Hoying team members. She has played a key role in the implementation and incorporation of the company’s seven core values and has been heavily involved with growing and defining the Crawford Hoying Foundation.
