As Executive Vice President of Development, Russ is responsible for the initial design concepting, programming and overall vision of Crawford Hoying's large scale developments. He leads a talented team of development managers and designers who are tasked with overseeing the construction process. He identifies future opportunities through site planning and building programming, and coordinates budgets and schedules for every project.
Russ has been an integral team member on all major projects since the formation of Crawford Hoying’s development division. His extensive design and architectural background comes through in every project he touches, reinforcing Crawford Hoying’s belief that all details matter - no matter how big or small.
