Central Insurance Moves Dublin Technology Office to Bridge Park

VAN WERT, OH – Central Insurance, a leading property and casualty carrier headquartered in Van Wert, Ohio, today announced it will move its existing Central Ohio Technology Office in Dublin to a new 48,322 square-foot office space in Dublin’s Bridge Park neighborhood. The move comes as a result of Central’s focus on expertise growth, with plans to add approximately 60 new positions to the current team of 79 Dublin employees by the end of 2026.

The more centralized Dublin location will pave the way to bring more jobs to the city, with a focus on top technology talent. The Bridge Park office, located at 6620 Mooney Street, spans an entire block and is situated within a mix of condos and retail stores.

Central Insurance partnered with Nelson Worldwide to personalize the space, and prominent mixed-use developer Crawford Hoying, to bring its vision to life. Construction for the space is already underway, with an official opening expected in winter 2023.
