Financial Services Giant Is Latest Office Tenant to Call Bridge Park Home

Wells Fargo Financial Advisors to Occupy 16,500 SF in Newest Office Building at Bridge Park

DUBLIN, OHIO – Crawford Hoying’s Bridge Park development is making plenty of room—16,500 square feet of floor space to be exact—for their newly announced office tenant, Wells Fargo Financial Advisors.

The multinational financial services company and banking juggernaut will lease office space at 6515

Longshore Loop, the newest building under construction at Bridge Park. Headquartered in San Francisco, Wells Fargo is one of the country’s leaders in banking, insurance, investments, mortgage and con sumer and commercial finance.

Wells Fargo will be the first tenant to move into the 6515 Longshore building which is positioned in a high-profile location next to The Exchange Events Center, right off of Riverside Drive and Bridge Street in downtown Dublin. The offices at 6515 Longshore offer highly visible signage opportunities and free parking in the adjacent garage. The building is currently under construction and set to open in June 2019.

The building will offer +/-76,400 RSF of Class A office space once completed and will round out Phase I of the Bridge Park development, which currently includes 225,000 SF of office space. Bridge Park continues to lease quickly, with 95% of the completed corporate office space already leased and 88% of the completed retail/restaurant space leased.
