HangOverEasy Brings All-Day Diner Concept to Dublin, Opening Spring 2026

Columbus, Ohio – HangOverEasy, the Ohio-born breakfast bar known for its playful twists on comfort food and elevated brunch classics, today announced plans to open a new location in Bridge Park in Dublin, OH, in Spring 2026. The restaurant will be located at 6757 Longshore St., offering a new full-service breakfast experience to the Bridge Park neighborhood.

As HangOverEasy’s seventh location and third in central Ohio, the expansion into Bridge Park marks the brand’s largest footprint to date at approximately 5,500 sq. ft. The restaurant will accommodate 116 guests with table seating, a full-service bar, and an outdoor patio, offering a mix of dining experiences. Refreshed design elements will be incorporated throughout to reflect the brand's playful identity and create an energetic, welcoming dining experience.

Exclusive to the Dublin location, HangOverEasy will introduce several new features, including the debut of a fully dedicated coffee bar space within the restaurant, offering drip and specialty coffee drinks, house-made pastries and light café fare. Designed to serve both grab-and-go guests and those looking to meet over coffee, the café will feature table seating and complimentary Wi-Fi to support remote work, casual meetings and everyday neighborhood use.

In addition to new offerings planned for this location, guests can expect HangOverEasy’s signature menu of creative breakfast and lunch favorites such as Chicken & Waffles, Dirty Burritos, hearty Breakfast Skillets, pancakes and a lineup of burgers and sandwiches. The menu is complemented by a robust beverage program featuring a variety of mimosas and Bloody Mary options, playful cocktails, mocktails and sparkling drinks, along with milkshakes and trending dirty sodas.

Looking ahead, the Bridge Park location will also mark a major milestone for HangOverEasy, as it plans to introduce dinner service. While service hours and offerings will be announced later this year, the menu will lean into a classic American diner-inspired experience with elevated, comfort-driven items that complement HangOverEasy’s bold style and extend beyond its traditional breakfast and lunch roots.

HangOverEasy at Bridge Park will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
