August 24, 2026
Dayton, Ohio - Taft, one of the nation’s fastest-growing law firms, is excited to announce the relocation of its Dayton office to a fresh, modern space that is designed to support continued growth while reinforcing the firm’s longstanding investment in the downtown community.
Located at 115 Madison St., Taft occupies approximately 27,500 square feet on the top floor of The Delco, a newly redeveloped commercial and residential property in the vibrant Water Street District owned by Crawford Hoying. The move marks an important milestone for both the property and Taft as the building’s first commercial tenant.
The office was designed by MODA4 Design, developed by Lehman Daman Construction Services, and furnished by Elements IV Interiors.
Highlights of the office include:
- Bright spaces with abundant natural light and expansive views of downtown Dayton.
- Dedicated conference center featuring state-of-the-art audiovisual technology to support meetings, presentations, and events.
- Fully equipped café providing an inviting gathering space for employees while supporting client and firm events.
- Branded touches throughout, including signature lighting elements and logo work.
- Prominent, street-level signage visible from both Madison St. and Day Air Ballpark.
- Premium office furnishings and workstations, including height-adjustable desks, creating a comfortable and flexible work environment for all.
- Huddle spaces throughout designed to encourage collaboration and alternative workspaces for attorneys and staff.
“This move marks a significant moment in the history of Taft’s Dayton office and reflects our steadfast commitment to the city we have called home for decades,” said Jennifer Hann Harrison, partner-in-charge of Taft Dayton. “We are excited about the growth of our team and the opportunities ahead. Our new space gives us the modern facilities and flexibility to support that growth while enhancing how we collaborate with each other, our clients, and the Dayton community.”
The Dayton office opening is part of Taft’s ongoing investment in office expansions and relocations across the nation, with additional office projects and build outs planned throughout 2026 and 2027. Following the completion of three mergers in 2025, Taft has more than 1,250 attorneys in 25 offices and projected revenues exceeding $1 billion.
