WeWork Announces First Columbus Location at 800 North High Street

WeWork, the flexible workspace provider, announced the signing of its first lease in Columbus, Ohio at 800 N High St. signaling its entry into the market. WeWork 800 N High St., located in the heart of Short North, will occupy floors three, four and five, the entirety of the office space of the building, totaling more than 46,000 square feet.

WeWork 800 N High St. will provide flexible workspace solutions for businesses of all sizes ranging from a small business to a high-growth start-up to a Fortune 500 company. In fact, more than one-third of the Fortune 500 are WeWork members (globally), and enterprise members make up nearly 40% of WeWork’s global membership.

WeWork members will receive 24/7 building access, micro-roasted coffee, community events, business services such as discounts to Microsoft, Salesforce and UPS as well as access to workspace at any of WeWork’s 485 locations around the globe. In addition to WeWork’s signature offerings and amenities, WeWork members will have access to the buildings’ outdoor terraces. 800 N High St. also includes two restaurants and a hotel and is within walking distance to numerous dining, shopping and entertainment establishments.
