AC Hotel by Marriott Dayton

Crawford Hoying partnered with Brackett Builders and Shaner Hotels to construct and develop a six-story, 134-key AC by Marriott Hotel in the heart of Water Street District, the newest mixed-use neighborhood located in downtown Dayton.

The AC Hotel, designed by Meyers + Associates, offers a much needed option for the neighborhood, with a level of quality and service that doesn’t currently exist in downtown Dayton. The new hotel features a lounge, media library, fitness center and flexible meeting spaces. Most notably, it includes a rooftop restaurant and bar, The Foundry, with indoor and outdoor patios offering unparalleled views of the Dayton Dragons stadium, the riverfront and downtown Dayton. The rooftop also offers a private event space with a connected private outdoor terrace, available for weddings or corporate events.
