Crawford Hoying led the development of this 179,000 SF Class A, state-of-the-art freezer-cooler building located in Columbus, Ohio. This 50-foot clear facility is fully leased to McLane Food Service / Kinexo.

Charter Street was awarded the Best New Industrial Project award at the Columbus Business First 2025 Building Columbus Awards. The award recognizes the new, state-of-the-art, LEED Gold-certified cold storage facility for its development on a formerly vacant infill site in Columbus, Ohio.
