Fairborn Cold Storage

Crawford Hoying continued the partnership with BGO Cold Storage and Contegra Construction after the successful completion of Charter Street to develop a cold storage facility in Fairborn, OH. This building is located at the intersection of I-675 and State Route 235, just miles south of the I-70 corridor. The 196,400 SF building will include a 50-ft freezer clear height and provide 156,293 SF of freezer space. There are 30,575 SF of space devoted to the cold dock, with the remaining square footage available for office build-out and mechanical space. The building offers 28 dock doors, 54 trailer parking spaces, and 34,100 pallet positions. The facility is set to open in Q2 of 2026.
