Whitestone Portfolio

In 2021, Crawford Hoying acquired a five-property hotel portfolio from Whitestone Companies with locations in Taos, New Mexico, Neenah, Wisconsin, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania and Huntington, West Virginia. 

The portfolio was an exciting investment for several reasons. For one, each property was strategically located within the respective submarkets in unique locations that would benefit from the resurgence of the travel industry. Additionally, a significant portion of the portfolio was undergoing renovations, with their full value yet to be realized. Once Whitestone and Crawford Hoying partnered together, combining Whitestone’s hospitality expertise with Crawford Hoying’s knowledge in facilities and construction, the value of the portfolio assets greatly increased.
