A Note from Zach Graham
Across Crawford Hoying’s core markets in Dublin, Columbus, Dayton, Cincinnati, and soon Ann Arbor, we’re seeing varied market recovery patterns. In office leasing, tenants are more deliberate, taking extra time to evaluate options. High-quality, well-located developments like Bridge Park continue to gain traction as employers focus on attracting and retaining talent. Retail and restaurant growth continues, but more selectively, with operators favoring proven markets that offer strong demographics and consistent traffic.
These conditions align with our strengths. We focus on creating destinations where people want to spend time, which resonates with tenants and supports leasing activity. The Water Street District in Dayton reflects this success; Pins Mechanical and Mikey’s Late Night Slice exceeded expectations from the outset. These early successes have built confidence for both users to explore expanding their relationship with Crawford Hoying into new markets.
By staying flexible and prioritizing quality operators, we remain well-positioned to capture opportunities and sustain momentum in an evolving market.
