As summer draws to an end and fall is underway, things haven’t slowed one bit for our teams. The preconstruction and development teams have been operating efficiently, juggling numerous new opportunities while other projects are nearing completion.
We’re proud to see recent completions like 5th x Northwest, H2 Muncie, and The Mills. At the same time, exciting new work is gearing up, most notably J-Block at Bridge Park, Cardington Flats and the ongoing work for Vista. These milestones remind us that every season brings its own momentum, and our job is to keep moving the ball forward!
So whether you’re enjoying the last warm evenings or looking forward to crisp fall mornings, take a moment to notice the impact our projects have: places where people live, gather and create memories that outlast the seasons.
Updates & Announcements
J Block | Bridge Park
Construction has begun on the next phase of Bridge Park (J Block). The new development will include an office building, two condo buildings with nearly 200 units total and a parking structure to support it all.
A park will also be located in the center of the block, becoming the largest green space we've built at Bridge Park so far.
The Bailey & Hotel Celare AIA Award Nomination | Bridge Park + The District at Clifton Heights
Two of our most recently completed development projects were both nominated for AIA (The American Institute of Architects) awards!
The first nomination is The Bailey at Bridge Park, a senior living community located in Bridge Park and developed in partnership with Friendship Village of Dublin.
The second nomination is for Hotel Celare, a boutique hotel that's a part of the Marriott Tribute family of brands and located just steps away from the University of Cincinnati's campus.
Cardington Flats | Columbus, Ohio
Construction is underway at Cardington Flats, a 147-unit multi-family project located adjacent to our Kohl's property on Olentangy River Road.
