ScottsMiracle-Gro Distribution Center

ScottsMiracle-Gro Regional Distribution Center is a 1.3 million SF Class A logistics facility strategically located less than 2 miles from the company’s central manufacturing facility and global headquarters. The facility consolidated five smaller ScottsMiracle- Gro distribution centers into one, reducing the trucking and use of fossil-fuels while also adding new capacity and capabilities for the company.

Crawford Hoying served as the sole developer for this project and acquired land, secured incentives, oversaw design and construction, sourced all debt and equity, and provided management services after turnover.
