ScottsMiracle-Gro Regional Distribution Center is a premier development, strategically located less than 2 miles from the company’s central manufacturing facility and global headquarters in the Columbus market. The facility combined ScottsMiracleGro’s five locations across central Ohio into one, reducing the trucking and use of fossil-fuels while also adding new capacity and distribution capabilities for the company. 

Crawford Hoying served as the sole developer for this 1.2 million SF distribution center for Scotts Miracle-Gro in Marysville, Ohio. The team oversaw construction through completion of the project and provided design and construction oversight for office buildout tenant improvement work.
