The summer real estate sales season is in full swing for Address | A Crawford Hoying Sales Agency. At Address, we provide all Crawford Hoying and Brackett employees with the opportunity to utilize our residential real estate services when buying or selling a home.
In addition, we are selling our fifth condo building at Bridge Park, The Ellis. This 89-unit condo project is in the early stages of construction at J Block and will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom flats. We have applied lessons from our previous successful projects to create a highly desirable product, even in the current uncertain financial market. The Ellis will feature a large resort-style pool, a fitness center and an attached parking garage, all overlooking a new park-like setting at J Block. Thanks to the joint efforts of our sales, marketing and development teams, we are currently 23% presold, with a completion date set for Q4 2027.

Update on J Block Scrim | Bridge Park
In collaboration with the Dublin Arts Council, Crawford Hoying selected local artist Candy Chang to create a public art installation for the J Block Garage. The final artwork will be a 115'x46' scrim mounted on the garage's south side. To create the piece, Candy set up an interactive exhibit at the Dublin Public Library to collect community responses on relationships and social connection. These submissions will be integrated directly into the final design, facilitating community reflection.

Update on Cardington Flats | Columbus, Ohio
Construction at Cardington Flats is moving quickly! The building is now dried in, with drywall underway and interior spaces beginning to take shape. Exterior brick, siding and EIFS are being installed, while the courtyard and pool are coming to life. The project remains on track for an early March 2027 opening.

Pelotonia Ride Week 2026
As Crawford Hoying + Brackett celebrate our sixth year participating in Pelotonia, we're proud to share that together we've raised more than $370,000, with 100% of every dollar going directly toward innovative cancer research.
This year, our team includes 33 riders, hikers and volunteers, with five participants proudly taking part for all six years.

Celebrity Bartender Event Supporting Pelotonia
We're happy to share that the 2026 Celebrity Bartender event raised more than $3,700 with all proceeds going back to our Pelotonia team's general fund. This amount surpassed last year's total by $1,000, making it the most successful fundraising event in Team Crawford Hoying + Brackett's history.
