    Crawford Hoying announced today their purchase of the expansive Mendelson building located at 340 East First Street in downtown Dayton, Ohio. Previously home to Mendelsons Liquidation Outlet, the more than 550,000 square foot, eight-story building will be the newest addition to the Water Street District.

  • Water Street District Presents Party At The Plaza

    Water Street District is excited to announce its first family-friendly “Party at the Plaza” series this summer. Hosted in partnership with Dayton Dragons and presented by Water Street District, this free community event will take place on Friday, April 28 from 5:30-7:30pm in the plaza outside of Day Air Ballpark prior to the Dragons taking on the Lake County Captains. Party at the Plaza will feature live music performances, cornhole, yard pong, an inflatable, the Dragons Green team, goodies and more.

    Crawford Hoying is excited to announce its development of a 1.3 million SF distribution facility for The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company). Constructed by Contegra Construction, the new building is located in Marysville, Ohio, within two miles of ScottsMiracle-Gro’s headquarters and primary manufacturing plant. This building will enhance capacity and distribution capabilities for the company.

    The Dublin Market at Bridge Park, presented by The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, is back for its sixth season. The market will be held throughout Bridge Park every Saturday beginning May 6 through September 30 from 9am-12pm, and is expected to welcome thousands of visitors each market.
