He leads a team of executives and senior management employees that are responsible for the residential and commercial real estate, design, property management, development and sales divisions.

As Executive Vice President of Commercial Real Estate and Leasing at Crawford Hoying, Matt is heavily involved in every development project and leads all commercial real estate transactions for the company. He manages an experienced team of commercial agents and is responsible for oversight of the commercial leasing strategy and programming for all of the company’s properties. In addition, Matt oversees many of the company’s development-related real estate acquisitions.

As Executive Vice President of Development, Russ is responsible for the initial design concepting, programming and overall vision of Crawford Hoying's large scale developments. He leads a talented team of development managers and designers who are tasked with overseeing the construction process. He identifies future opportunities through site planning and building programming, and coordinates budgets and schedules for every project.

As Chief Financial Officer at Crawford Hoying, Allison is responsible for establishing and executing the company’s vision of financial investment and growth. She leads the senior management teams for both the accounting and finance departments which perform all aspects of underwriting, financing, asset management, operational and financial reporting for the company's real estate and non-real estate investments.

Chris Wagner joined Crawford Hoying in 2010 and currently serves as Vice President of Asset Management - Commercial.
