  • Westmont at The Lane

    Westmont at The Lane, the second phase of the award-winning development, The Lane, was acquired by Crawford Hoying in 2018. The land was originally purchased by another party looking to develop it, but then ran into issues involving the neighborhood; thus leading to the failure of getting the project off the ground. Due to Crawford Hoying’s experience with developing other properties within Upper Arlington, the company reached out for support.

  • North Market Bridge Park

    Crawford Hoying partnered with North Market to develop a brand new 35,000 SF public market located in the City of Dublin at Bridge Park.

  • The Lane

    Crawford Hoying worked closely with public and private stakeholders as well as local residents to redevelop this 5.5-acre site on Lane Avenue in the heart of Upper Arlington - one of Ohio’s oldest and more affluent suburbs located near downtown Columbus at the western edge of The Ohio State University. The resulting, award-winning development, The Lane, was the first vertically-integrated mixed-use project of its kind in the City of Columbus and went on to serve as a model for many others within the decade that followed.
