  • ScottsMiracle-Gro Distribution Center

    Crawford Hoying partnered with CBRE, Inc., as exclusive advisor, to develop the ScottsMiracle-Gro Regional Distribution Center. Located in Marysville, Ohio, the build-to-suit 1.3 million SF project is 100% leased to The Scotts Company, LLC, a subsidiary of The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, through September 2033. ScottsMiracle-Gro Regional Distribution Center is a premier development, strategically located less than 2 miles from the company’s central manufacturing facility and global headquarters in the Columbus market. The facility will combine ScottsMiracle-Gro’s current five locations across central Ohio into one, reducing the trucking and use of fossil-fuels while also adding new capacity and distribution capabilities for the company.

  • Delco Lofts

    Crawford Hoying and Woodard Development have proudly partnered with the City of Dayton to transform the vacant riverfront into a vibrant and walkable mixed-use neighborhood—Water Street District. Located adjacent to RiverScape MetroPark and the Day Air Ballpark, this project currently includes office, retail/restaurant space, structured parking and the first hotel developed in downtown Dayton in decades.

  • The Heights at Worthington Place

    The Heights at Worthington Place is a mixed-use suburban infill project located at The Shops at Worthington Place, an existing mall that is home to many local and national shops and restaurants. Crawford Hoying developed an underutilized parking area at the mall into two, five-story buildings which includes structured parking, luxury rental units and office space. The site’s premier location provides a unique combination of walkable convenience and unparalleled access to major freeways.

  • Bridge Park West

    Crawford Hoying acquired the project site of Bridge Park West in two separate land purchases in 2012 and 2014. The 10-acre assemblage consisted of two 25-year-old office buildings surrounded by surface parking lots and unutilized private riverfront property. Crawford Hoying ultimately sold seven of the 10 acres on the river to the City of Dublin, providing the City with the opportunity to complete their longstanding vision for a downtown riverfront park flanking both sides of the Scioto River, joined by their iconic pedestrian bridge, The Link. This park and pedestrian bridge were the catalyst for the $500+ million Bridge Park project on the east bank of the river.

  • The Banks

    In 2022, Crawford Hoying acquired The Banks development in downtown Cincinnati. Situated on the banks of the Ohio River, The Banks is a vibrant neighborhood, ideally located in one of the most desirable areas in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio.

  • Bridge Park

    The City of Dublin, Ohio has historically only offered the traditional, suburban lifestyle. In 2009, the City of Dublin recognized the need to innovate, creating a vision for an urban, walkable community that they called the Bridge Street District. Crawford Hoying was the first developer to tackle these new, rigorous development guidelines and acquired more than 30 acres of land along the Scioto River in 2012 - previously the site of a struggling strip mall and driving range. The team worked diligently with the City of Dublin through a public-private partnership to create a neighborhood that perfectly complemented historic Dublin, offering new options for entertainment, dining and living to residents and visitors alike - Bridge Park.

  • Hotel Celare

    Crawford Hoying, in partnership with long-term hotel partner Shaner Hotels, is developing a new 171-key Tribute Portfolio Hotel at The District at Clifton Heights in Cincinnati, Ohio. “Hotel Celare” will feature a jump lobby, rooftop bar, multiple outdoor spaces and more.

  • Whitestone Portfolio

    In 2021, Crawford Hoying acquired a five-property hotel portfolio from Whitestone Companies with locations in Taos, New Mexico, Neenah, Wisconsin, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania and Huntington, West Virginia. At the time, the portfolio was managed by the Whitestone Companies. Crawford Hoying retained the Regal Hospitality, an affiliate of Whitestone, as the management company for the portfolio.

  • Outerbelt Street Distribution Center

    In 2023, Crawford Hoying began working with Contegra Construction on an infill speculative warehouse project near the eastside of Columbus, Ohio; making it the first large Class-A warehouse project constructed in the neighborhood in more than 40 years.
