Matt Elliott serves as Vice President & Associate General Counsel at Crawford Hoying, where he is responsible for negotiating, writing and executing agreements and contracts, as well as advising and counseling executives within the company on a variety of legal issues.

Laurie Keifer joined Crawford Hoying in December 2008 a regional manager and served as Director of Operations since 2011. In her current role as Senior Vice President of Residential Property Management, Laurie oversees the operational functions at numerous residential communities for Crawford Hoying Living, with a concentration on new developments.

Tom joined the Crawford Hoying team in 2004 as the Broker of Crawford Hoying Real Estate. He now serves as the Principal Broker for the company and leads the Crawford Hoying Residential Real Estate division.

Don Brokaw joined Crawford Hoying as a Commercial Broker in May 2010 with an extensive background in commercial real estate.

Jamie Moore joined Crawford Hoying in 2008 as a Real Estate Specialist. He focuses primarily on retail and office leasing as well as real estate development, with an expertise in working with restaurants.

Tim Westley joined Crawford Hoying in 2018 as Vice President of Real Estate Development. In this role, he’s responsible for ongoing coordination with consultants, partners and contractors on developments for the company. Tim has an extensive background in project management, having held positions with Lifestyle Communities, Fillmore Hospitality, CBRE, Shepco, Stout Imaging and more.

Kate Schwartz joined Crawford Hoying in 2018 as a part of the legal department before she transitioned into her role as Vice President of Human Resources.

As Executive Vice President of Marketing and Communications, Jessica serves as the voice of Crawford Hoying, responsible for both the company’s brand identity and external communication strategy. She leads and oversees a talented team of brand strategists, designers, communication specialists and event managers.
