In this role, he’s responsible for ongoing coordination with consultants, partners and contractors on developments for the company. Tim has an extensive background in project management, having held positions with Lifestyle Communities, Fillmore Hospitality, CBRE, Shepco, Stout Imaging and more.

Kate Schwartz joined Crawford Hoying in 2018 as a part of the legal department before she transitioned into her role as Vice President of Human Resources.

As Executive Vice President of Marketing and Communications, Jessica serves as the voice of Crawford Hoying, responsible for both the company’s brand identity and external communication strategy. She leads and oversees a talented team of brand strategists, designers, communication specialists and event managers.
